THROUGH CLEANLINESS DRIVES, CARE FOR SHARED SPACES, AND DIALOGUE WITH LOCAL RESIDENTS, PARTICIPANTS LEARN HOW PUBLIC PLACES FUNCTION AND WHY COLLECTIVE CARE MATTERS. IT TURNS RESPONSIBILITY INTO A PRACTICAL, PARTICIPATORY, AND LOCAL PRACTICE ROOTED IN SHARED OWNERSHIP AND CONTINUITY.
